I purchased 2k watt. And upgraded to 3k. Both have instant problems. I put 1500 watt heater to try it out and smoke came from 3k. I am returning it again this time for a refund. Fyi. And my rig is very nice with all new deep cycles x 4 and new 220 altinator power bastard..wired correct..fyi..they said they just started carrying with no feed back..well here's that honest feed back.”

“Tiffany was my savior when my flashing engine light came on at 7p on Labor Day towards the end of an 8-hour road trip and no other nearby shop would run diagnostics. "We don't go outside at night because it's a bad area" said at least one grown man at a different shop to a panicking 20-something year-old woman stranded over an hour from home just as the sun was beginning to set. Meanwhile, Tiffany came out and helped without a second thought (even as it ACTUALLY grew dark outside). She knew almost immediately what we were dealing with, and discussed the issues -- known engine manufacturing issues with Hyundais, buyers beware! -- with me, pulled up the technical service bulletins and walked me through some of the info there, recommended a handful of local mechanics, commiserated, and helped make sure I could get home safely and knew what my next steps were! She turned a frightening situation into something manageable -- genuinely a hero!”

“On January 10th of this year, my old car wiper broke. The guys from this OReilly store were incredibly helpful to me. At first I chose a new wiper from the same manufacturer, but it did not fit because the latch was of a different type. The store immediately made a replacement for me and selected a suitable model, which, by the way, is very high quality. I'm already in California, everything works great. 3026 S 38th St, Tacoma“I came in Friday 05/25 within 6 minutes of closing desperately needing new Windshield Wipers. I came in needed Windshield Wipers and didn’t know what to get or how to even install them. I was greeted by a gentlemen that didn’t seem to want to help me at all, just not worthy of his time. Also, he wouldn’t help me look or install because they close in 6 minutes.
Roosevelt then stepped in and asked what kind of car, year, and model I had. Roosevelt recommended a pair of windshield wipers that happened to be buy one get one free. Roosevelt grabbed those for me and also installed them for me. Roosevelt helped me with in 4 minutes. I greatly appreciated Roosevelts Customer Service and Satisfaction.
I would come back just for Roosevelt. The other associate that was there could learn a lot from Roosevelt.if it wasn’t for Roosevelt I would have had a horrible experience going to this location. If Roosevelt isn’t a manager at all he should be promoted to store manager.

“I was referred to this place by a friend in the JDM community (LEE'S JDM) after struggling with finding a battery for my 96 Mitsubishi Pajero. Budget Batteries had what I needed on hand at half of what I expected to pay. I don't know if it was just timing, but when I pulled up to the place, several employees started to address my car. Because it is an import, it has unconventional terminal posts. They asked the boss to confirm their suspicion of the correct application. After that, they went to work. Had me in and out in no time.”
