Worst customer service. Went in to get a document notarized which usually takes couple minutes and was told they do not have time. Never heard that at any bank I have visited to get a document notarized.

I went to around 4.30 pm BOA acton financial center for cash out from my SA, casher process the withdrawal and asked me to come tomorrow due to IT issues, i am very disappointed about this Bank...Not caring client rrequirements ...

Yesterday I went to withdraw cash from my SA, all the transactions confirmed . Then cashier informed Bank system issues and come tomorrow, we are highly disappointed this Bank and staff
