“Cody was the most professional, helpful and caring individual at the Ashley warehouse in Boise, Idaho. Out of 5 stars, I would give him 10! We had a horrible experience at the Meridian Home store just trying to exchange the incorrect barstool that Mike the manager put in the computer incorrectly! He made me drive back to the store with the wrong stool and wait 2 weeks for the correct bar stool, then have me the wrong paperwork so I couldn't pick up the right bar stool! So we call the home store from the warehouse, and they put us on hold for 51 minutes! Cody made everything right for us. Thank you Cody!”

“The customer service is exceptional like you would expect from Costco and they go above to make sure the customer is taken care of. The only downfall is that they do get busy and sometimes you will have to schedule an appointment a week or two in advance.”

“Costco always surprises me with what they have and what they don't have some days. I get a lot of steps in when they change where they stock items. I can't complain because I don't get steps if I don't go to Costco”
