“Bought a 2024 Corsair on Saturday Aug. 24th. From the time I walked in until I drove away customer service was exceptional. They were busy and it took awhile for the financing dept to get to everyone but everyone had a smile on their face. The sales team 5 stars made sure they went over everything about the car and helped set up my phone system. Highly recommend their team. By the way the coffee machine rocks! “I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from SSAB, and I have to say, it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. From the moment I walked onto the lot, it was a friendly environment and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase.But what really stood out to me was when I noticed a small chip in the windshield of the car I wanted to buy. I mentioned it to my sales guy and he immediately took care of it, informing me that they would have it filled in that they would take care of it for me. Well to my surprise the windshield repair guy ended up saying it would need a new windshield and told Mike (the owner) he took care of me, making sure I was completely satisfied with my car. “The first day we arrived after 4:30 pm at the dealership after traveling 3 hours to get there. I had called ahead to hold a new 2025 CX-70 OHEV for my wife and I to look at and drive. We drove the car and liked it. Had all the bells and whistles that you see on many of the newer models. So paperwork was started around 6:00 pm. and our financing paperwork was not ready till 7 pm (they close at this time), we were tired by this time and just wanted to get something to eat and finish the deal in the morning. The finance dept said it would be quick, but turned out that process was not quick, and we were very tired and left the dealership very upset. In the morning I had several apology letters and we made the deal happen. We received a better deal also as they wanted to keep our business. The overall experience was good, thank to our salesman Bryn Reynolds, Mazda manager Brant, and Lance from finance. We appreciate the distance you went to make sure we were properly taken care off.

“I just picked up my car from Robert's where it was being repaired for hail damage and what a great job they did. They scheduled me quickly (while others were telling me it would be months before I could get in), and went above and beyond to make sure all the damage was repaired and then did extra work (new tail lights and a repainted roof rack), just because they're nice guys who want things done completely. Robert, the owner, has been in the auto business for 30 plus years. His approach is friendly and authentic and he knows his business. I called Up WD, Aaron was very helpful and seemed to be honest ( can't bs a bs'r ) I live in Northern MI so I would be buying the truck from 1400 miles away with the intention of flying out and driving back or shipping. turned out that he is indeed Honest and the truck was exactly as he said it was.
