John helped me to explain about the phones they are selling and also patiently explained about the TVs . Very patient and customer oriented . The other employee at the front desk have given one word answer and I reached out to John for more help and he was very professional and patient . He should be the front desk and should be the first go to person for you .

I had a great experience at Best Buy last week. I was helped out by one of the guys on the floor, I believe his name was Arash. He assisted me and my wife with purchasing a new TV for our new house, he was incredibly patient throughout the entire process and answered all our questions, and double checked his answers on the computer which was refreshing to see, will for sure be coming back again to finish up.

Been on the hunt for a new TV for a few months now.. Harris literally answered every question from OLED, QLED c3/c3 neo 4k, size and other qualities that had me stumped at Costco, Walmart, and online shopping!
We chose the 77” LG OLED C3 version tv because the quality, the blacks and vibrant colors that the display provides… in fact we actually bought the last one and had to pick it up from Tustin.
I was so excited because this was a patient and educated decision that cost over $2400.
Harris provided the best customer service and his knowledge is ridiculous!
I picked up my tv today and plugged it in to be so bummed that I got a defective tv!!
There are lines in the pixels in the display so I need to call Best Buy tomorrow and exhaust my options..
I will keep everyone posted, I’m just glad my membership provides 60 days rather than 14 days!!

My mom and I went here to buy a new washer and dryer, she went ahead of me into the store and I caught up with her a few minutes later. Was warmly greeted as I entered the store and made my way to the back area where they keep those appliances. There were 2 sales guys in that area, just talking, chatting away with each other, didn't acknowledge me as I passed within feet of them. I know my mom must have passed them also. Well, we spent about 20 minutes looking at the models available and passed by these guys again. They never once stopped talking to each other nor did either of them approach us. In fact, we decided to finally leave the store and spend our dollars elsewhere. My senior mother was really shocked and very disappointed by their behavior (me too) and couldn't understand it all, I guess these guys would rather just talk, ignore certain customers, not do their jobs and miss out on an easy commission. Maybe it's for the best, because now we're headed off to a local competitor.

At least me Motorola phone "acted up" so the geek could see that was wrong w/ that phone. (Like at the dentist) the Samsung phone didn't act up then so he gave it a bill of "funtioning." Later the S phone dialed a colleague w/ out me knowing. Then she tries calling me bk 2x asking "what's the emergency?" As it's 1 a.m.! The flipping thing freezes up again at 3 a.m. but store is closed to bring it bk by to show them. Next day sets itself to "do not disturb. "

So I bought my daughters some new MacBooks, the sales guy asked me if I wanted the AppleCare warranty for 2 years for $80, on a $4K purchase I said sure. He rang up the order, and said my membership dropped the price to $67 for the AppleCare, great! I signed the screen stating I actually wanted the warranty, then I got the total. It seemed a bit higher than I thought, but I was guessing it was the taxes throwing me off. Once I got home I read over the 3 foot long receipt. This jackass signed me up for the "Best buy total Membership" for $180 a year. Not ONCE was this mentioned. I called the store, the guy quickly refunded me with no questions, so my guess is they do this a lot. DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY.
