“I got an oil change at Costa today and it was a great experience. Gabe and DJ helped me out and they did a great job. Communicated the whole time, checked all the fluids and let me know where I was with everything. Seemed like an oil change in the past where you were a customer and not just a number to push out. Took less than 10 minutes and will be going back!”

Our transmission had a leak, and the dealership and another local car shop recommended a complete transmission replacement on a car with 95K miles on it; note there was nothing wrong with the transmission. “As a notorious procrastinator who drives for a living, I often find myself in immediate need for service on my car. When I found myself needing new tires and an alignment with a 5 hour window to get it done, Iconic was able to help me out. Blake set me up with a deal on my tires and a 3 year warranty on my alignment- (FYI it is stupid not to go with this option, especially for the curb-hitting wonders of the world). I had a great experience, and am absolutely not being held at gunpoint to write this review. 5 stars!!”
“Knowledgeable, polite & professional. From the 5 man/woman crew who hopped into action when it was our turn for service, everything we requested was completed to satisfaction, with a golden wrench. Staff should explain the work while you wait, in an air-conditioned room. Much needed in Arizona heat. There is a restroom and a soda machine. Highly recommend this location in Mesa, Arizona. “We took our car in for an oil change because it was close and we had a coupon, and the service was amazing. They made us an appointment over the phone and were clear about their prices and said to bring any coupons we have with us. We went in on time for our appointment and unfortunately one of their guys was out sick and they were about an hour behind on oil changes, as they were booked tight. They were friendly, apologetic, and professional and gave us the option to wait or go home and they would call us. We decided to stay and wait in their lobby. It was small, but there were chairs, reading material, and a soda machine to help keep us comfortable. They completed the oil change in half the time they quoted us, they did a diagnostic check, and they brought the car around to the front. They honored our coupon, were true to their prices, and at NO POINT did they try to sell us anything we didn't need or try and push more expensive prices or add ons, and their prices were very reasonable, even without a coupon! They checked us out, were very friendly, and thanked us for our business. Very positive and pain free experience. Will definitely be going back from now on!”

“We had taken our vehicle to another mechanic several times and the charges were adding up. With the most recent service needed for our A/C we just couldn't handle the price. We called Desert Heat Auto for a comparison and they did the same service for several hundred LESS dollars. A/C works great now! They are well worth the drive to get there! We felt we were taught about what was being done, what was needed, and that they were completely upfront about everything they charged us for. James Flake is an honest man that really cares about people and is very knowledgeable about vehicles!”

“I work 2 doors down from this location and dropped off my car for an oil change. The guy who took it in seemed annoyed, but it was 110 degrees outside and I don't really hold that against him. It's miserable in this area, lol. But still - he shook his head a few times and I'm not sure if it was at me or something else going on. I came back a couple hours later to pick it up and it was ready to go. The girl working there - Gwen - was fantastic! She was positive and friendly and went over everything they'd found with my car. They did say they'd cleaned the windows and they weren't cleaned, but again - small deal. And, their report says there was a small oil leak but it didn't say where, so I'm still trying to find that leak. Overall, I'm happy with this location, I'm impressed by the customer service, and I'll bring my car back every time if they keep it up! Also - Simon answered the phone both times I called to ask about their services and he was great. I'm not sure if he's the same guy who took my car but he was really kind. ? I'll change my review to a 5 star if next time they do everything they said and don't make me feel a little bad for having to drop off my car. I work in a 911 center and or our breaks are pretty strict so I don't have the luxury of waiting, and I don't live in town. Overall, good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!”
“Recently I have the tire replacement at the store for 2017 Ford Fusion. Everything was good except an mishap. One of the lug nut was broke and fall inside the rotor causing noise. However, they work with me and reimbursement for the cost of replacement of the rotor. Jason is the one working me to resolve the issue. I WILL CONTINUE COME BACK TO SUPPORT BUSINESS even though the first job was not go as smooth as it should be.”
“Everything was great, the lady who greeted me and took me to the waiting room was super nice. The gentleman who checked me out was efficient and nice. Only thing is they didn't put my engine cover back on. They just laid in to of the engine.”

Only negative comment would be a 144.00 tab for an air filter high mileage oil change and other tasks with the oil change. Price 89.95 plus other charges. The personnel running this operative location would not have control of pricing. May go back for brake repair and other services Jiffy Lube provides to their clientele I like the manager.”

They were very friendly very helpful and assisted me immediately to provide me their professional opinion as to what's wrong with the vehicle. Based on this I definetly would come back and have my vehicle work done here.
